Heights and grades
Information regarding Bee Happy IDA heights and grades can be found here.
Before entering any Bee Happy Show you will need a registration number. Complete the google form below and we will email you back with your dog's unique number.
Bee Happy Heights
We accept both KC and A4A measures. When registering please enter your dog's exact A4A measure if they have one.
We use the KC cut offs for each height with the addition of a mini height.
You may compete your dog at one height lower than their official measure. When entering a show, please select the height you want for the day.
Any lower, then your runs will be classed as NFC.

*If a dog has measured into large and is over 25 kgs they will be classed as intermediate.
Bee Happy Grades
At Bee Happy the levels will be Pre Intro, Intro, Novice and Expert.
There is also a separate grades for Veterans 7 to 10 years, Veterans 10 years plus and Anysize. These grades will run the Pre Intro courses however will be awarded within their own grades.
The table below will demonstrate how your dog's current grade from either KC or A4A will convert to BH.

*Dog's that have been made KC Grade 2 by default can register as Pre Intro as long as they have not been placed at a KC show. If your dog has won into grade 2, they MUST register as Intro.
Any size grade is for higher grade dogs who require easier courses to run on the day. Anysize dogs will run the Pre Intro course and will run concurrently with Pre Intro class. Any points gained whist running at Anysize will not count towards progression.
Awards
Placings to 2nd place however as entries grows this will be extended to 3rd place depending on the amount of dogs in the same category.
Awards are given to each Grade and to each height within the grade except for Anysize and Veterans. These will be awarded to each category no matter the height.
When there is only 1 dog entered into a class, first place can only be awarded if the dog gains a clear round.
Progression
Progression through Bee Happy grades are done on placings (clear rounds only) and/or points. Winning out of a grade will apply for the dog's next show.
